Body Language: Reawakening Cultural Tattooing of the Northwest
Educator Guide and Public Engagement, winter 2023
Educator Guide and Public Engagement, winter 2023
Body Language is a travelling exhibition from Bill Reid Gallery of Northwest Coast Art, curated by Indigenous tattoo artist Dion Kaszas. To support public engagement during a time of limited visitation due to Covid-19 protocols, I developed an Educator's Guide, based on the exhibition catalogue, to support classroom learning. I also adapted the guide as a presentation for remote students who could not visit the gallery in person.
